How is this any different from how our learning games were when we were kids? In the early 90's I remember at my elementary school we'd go to the computer lab once a week to play a learning game for an hour or so. That consisted of spelling words/doing proper math and playing some little arcade shooting round after each successful level to get the high score. I did great with that game and always brought home good marks.
The only difference nowadays is that one was on an old Macintosh, and now they're on newer PC's, in fact the computers in that video are the same my high school has. (Dell Optiplex Series)
