Fucked up, malformed versions of one sex or the other.
He's saying that you can only be XX or XY.
It annoys me that there are dozens of different genders these days. You can't say anything without offending one of them.
No, there isn't.
There Cismale, Cisfemale, Transmale and Transfemale.
All you have to do to avoid offending anyone is to stay the fuck off tumblr. If you actually met a transgender person, and used the wrong pronoun or something, they'd probably only correct you. I doubt anyone would throw a shitfit.
if you were born with a vagina you are and always will biologically be female
but mental gender is seperated from physical gender, this is why transgendered individuals exist
And so on and so forth... It is not easy to determine what is biologically female. Genotype and phenotype can be different things. You can be genetically male (XY), while having all the characteristics of a heterosexual female (Complete AIS) or you can have testes with a vagina (5a reductase defc.).
Someone mentioned you should never use "always" and "all" for describing humans. Same goes for medical definitions, there are ALWAYS exceptions. This is all beside the point of sex and gender.

I know those are the only "real" ones, but there are a bunch of other dumb ones if I recall correctly.
If its someone I don't know and probably won't deal with ever again, I just shrug it off and deal with it because it is inconsequential. If its someone I know well or might see frequently, I may correct them.

excuse me? transmale and transfemale are not inheritantly genders, those terms only come about because of seperation of those who have gone through some kind of mental change. They are still technically and in many countries legally 'Male or Female'.
Might I add that Male and Female are not the only genders. Androgynous, Bigendered and so on.
Any time you find yourself saying things like "All..." or "Every..." in regards to humans YOU'RE WRONG. All of those kinds of blanket statements are always factually incorrect.
Every black person on the face of the planet has darker skin than their caucasian counterparts.
why does patricia hernandez generate nothing but shit articles
it's like she can't just put any effort into making an at least okay article.
but then again, it's kotaku
the only problems that arise from having more than a binary gender system are because of people causing unnecessary fuss. Why does another individual's gender even matter to you?
Every black person on the face of the planet has darker skin than their caucasian counterparts.
You can have albino black people.
I love it. The Tumblr feminist army is crashing down upon him demanding he check his male white CIS privilege.
Hopefully he doesn't apologize anytime soon.
thanks to the internet I can't help but giggle every time a questionnaire asks me if I'm a male or female

You're right, just bad wording on my part. proper speaking would be saying that you are always going to 'biologically' your physical sex, not just male or female.
Hearing all this cis and trans bullshit always reminds me of this.
What is even the damn point, do people TRY really damn hard to get butthurt over everything nowadays?
Why is this a problem, really.
I think this is the most notable part of his response:
I will treat you as a woman if that’s how you present yourself to me.
I hate the idea that because I think boys and girls have different parts I am “transphobic” that pisses me off it makes me angry and so I lash out.
It irks me that people have reacted in this way
Patricia Hernandez needs to be fired from Kotaku.

The problems that arise around the topic of Gender and Sex, and seperation between both, is not something to be talked lightly about. It has a deep mental effect.
steroid user?
don't judge me beta male scum!
To be honest it doesn't even matter what you call people, it's not worth getting worried about using the wrong pronouns or anything. There are people who don't conform to gender norms. Just respect them like you would anyone else, that's all anyone can ask of anyone else, we are all human.
I don't see why gender/sexuality is such a massive deal these days on the internet. Everyone seemed fine before all this tumblr bullshit.
This, and the fucking game, are fucking ridiculous.
IMO masturbation is just a quick way to 'get the goods' by triggering the reward your supposed to get from impregnating something/ being impregnated.
Yes it feels good. Is it important? No. If anything it's counter-important.

idk I called someone a cunt the other day and they got all huffy and puffy about it

That literally the most reasonable stance I've ever seen on this issue. Fuck these people getting mad because they interpreted an off hand comment as some great big fucking hate crime that he should hang for.
idk I called someone a cunt the other day and they got all huffy and puffy about it
I thought cunt was just a regular word in Australia
idk I called someone a cunt the other day and they got all huffy and puffy about it
People get offended by cunt?
What Patricia said about the game is pretty silly. I don't think it's really relevant to that game and she shouldn't have brought it up.
On the other hand, Gabe is showing a bit of trans-sexuality ignorance and he needs to shut his mouth before he really pisses someone off.
Remember she works for Kotaku, which purposefuly make articles that would incite emotions (often anger) to get more clicks. All of Gawker Media does this, they ade modeled after tabloids.
Patricia Hernandez needs to be fired from Kotaku.
She basically has a job for life with them as long as she can keep writing like she does. Most of the people who get linked to her articles because they're offensive in some way are people who don't normally read Kotaku. Even if they don't click on anything else, it causes a big boost to their views, which means more money from advertisers.

Yeah pretty much. Just don't start shit, acknowledge it if needed, but don't make a fuss over it. Random strangers really don't care what makes your bells go jingle jangle.
It's a whole another level when someone starts running their mouths, either side, because then you're being an obnoxious douche, and no one likes people like that.
