The only reason I get depressed with fast food is because I don't get a toy with my McDonalds any more.
I can fake my age for one but they only give me the boy toys.
:(
first hand experience from a former fat man:
used to eat nothing but fast food
wrestled heavyweights (i weighed around 250 and was 5'6-5'7)
was decently athletic but still fat as fuck
depression cause of fatness
extreme depression cause of fatness
even more depression cause of fatness
after having a corrective ACL surgery (i tore it), motivated to lose weight
i am now 190 with lots and lotsa muscle and i'm still a lil bit chubs (losing it)
life = fun as shit
DON'T EAT FAST FOOD
2 + 2 = 4
and the only reason i have even step foot in fast food restaurants in the past year is cause of my friends
i love being able to say "nah i don't eat this crap, it fucks up your body"
'Super Size Me' already established this, didn't they?
The only thing Supersize me proved was that if you eat 5000 calories per day without any exercise you become fat. This is already common sense. There used to be a detailed site about a guy who did the same experiment but he also worked out normally and he ended up with improved overall health. That is gone but you can read about that on Wikipedia here.
