Not really. It's mainly just an American and Western nations thing because of colonialism. The world sees these great nations and people immigrate over. When hordes of immigrants from all over the world go to one place and there's not really diversity going back to those nations, some countries will become gradually more and more mixed, while the origin nations stay the same because of either poorer standards of living discouraging immigration or escaping for a reason.
