I'm not a lawyer, but I believe you have to pay a fine of some sorts. It can get quiet expensive. I think you used to go to jail, but that's not the case anymore.

But it's already been explained and you keep bringing it up, if your only argument is that, something that has been justified by 73% of a country with conscription, those in it, the people who experienced conscription of this type, what's the point to try and justify it over and over if you bring the same thing up and the same justifications are brought up?

Why don't we forget about Switzerland and America entirely (not once did I bring up America fyi) and just argue the ethics of requiring a person to serve the state or be legally persecuted because that's been my beef this whole time?
