The thing is, that's not what makes it murder. Murder is when you have the intent to kill before you do it. Manslaughter is still killing someone else, but if they got caught up in the moment, rather than it be premeditated. But I think in this case it is murder because like what I just said, kids don't just carry guns around.

Being gay isn't even abnormal or against most people's views now. It's so sickening that people still fight over these childish issues, hopefully when I am old and grey I will be able to talk to my grandchildren about how terrible things were with the ridiculous hate that is around and we can all sigh relief that it's gone but I feel as though that is a tad bit optimistic. I mean who knows, it could be me next who gets shot in the head for any differing views I have.
