Someone tied the dog to the car, most likely the driver, but possibly someone else. Regardless somebody intentionally killed that poor thing.
Perhaps the dog wanted to frame the owner for murder and tied itself to the car.

Actually, The area around brighton is full of twats and middle-class people, From my experience, anyone with a BMW or above is an absoloute mong, I've had instances where an aston has literally gone down the wrong direction of a road at 70mph.

Regarding the actual story, I'm amazed no charges have been filed. It appears that there's overwhelming evidence towards the fact that he did it intentionally.

I dunno, if the so called reliable sources are all true then it points towards him being guilty as he dumped the dogs body rather than do the good deed of handing it in to the vets and he only handed himself in after the story went nationwide so he didn't have much choice.
Normally I'd say this is a case of the press making a big deal of what was probably a genuine accident but those are the signs of a guilty man.

I've never really experienced that, and well, what do you expect anyway? Someone driving in a 100~k+ car is of course going to feel pretty smug, as you would in the same situation.
