If it's a federal building like a post office, they HAVE to accept legal tender, no matter what it is. If it's just a regular business, they can tell you to go fuck yourself and your pennies if they want to

It is a well known fact that anyone that pays in pennies is a dick. I do agree with getting rid of pennies but at the same time, don't pay with them while they're here.
