Thinking about this is kind of scary. I live in Michigan. Many of the people he had sex with don't know he had HIV, and if they were one-night stands, those people who are unknowingly infected are probably the type of people that have multiple one-night stands. That means that, because they don't know, no one they have sex with will know either, so there could be hundreds of thousands of people with HIV in Michigan now, maybe even more. This state isn't safe.

I know it sounds dumb and shallow, but this is probably the most hilarious way to kill large amounts of people, ever.
