I'm hearing AT&T blocked /b/ and /r9k/ because of the DDoS attacks against 4chan that has been going on for several weeks, most of the DDoSing coming from AT&T users. They unblocked it now, but all of 4chan is down due to the attacks.
I use at&t and it was slow to load into 4chan, and trying to load /b/ right now. So far the background loaded, ill keep you updated.
