Just because there are some (plenty, actually) mothers who may be harboring perfectly fine babies in their uteruses doesn't mean they are- if that pregnancy is occiasionally tempered with a few genetic mutations of babies-from hell that go on to kill hospital staff now and then perhaps in a very fucked up utilitarian calculus we could allow it, but when the numbers are as big as 1 out of every 150 babies, I think that is fucked up.
