Don't get me wrong, I support protecting the environment, but it seems to me like the EPA intentionally goes out of its way to make life miserable for small business owners and employees.
About time someone stood up against them to be honest.

I doubt people trained with years, sometimes decades, worth of nothing but mining experience can simply switch careers to a "new growing industry".

The EPA is largely a puppet of big business and corporate interests in many ways.
