To all those saying that you can just write a script and automate the entire process, I'm pretty sure all of these are on the App Store rather than Android Market, I don't think phones in China comes with the Gapps and Market, and to my understanding I am sure there isn't a way to write a script to do this to a iOS device

How does that even matter? You can install them easily. And their clients don't have to even be located in China.
