There's barely any need at all for customizing controls. WASD + Mouse + Space + E + C + T. Sometimes Shift and CTRL. That's all you use.
If you really think the default controls are that difficult and need to be customizable, go buy something else.
For the few days that I have been playing it, its amazing and worth much more then the $40 its going for imo.
When I have the money I am buying this game for sure.

Woop Woop, downloaded it yesterday. Went to play today and wouldn't work. Verified cache, had to re-download the whole thing. Good one Steam.
When you load does give you black screen then stop responding?

It's most likely your sound settings, mine was crashing to desktop and I had to change my sound format to Studio Quality 48000kHz

I should have made it clearer, Studio Quality 48000kHz or lower, DVD quality is lower so that's fine too.
Cant even play the damn game due to GFWL.
I have only two missions left and i have beaten the game.
