runs nicely for all the shit happening onscreen at times controls are already set up nicely as it is yeah it's short but there's a ton of replay value in it everything good about DR1, plus fixed the retarded survivor ai yep worth it

Y'know, you can edit controls via some text files found in data/controls. It's been confirmed working. Game's a good port aside from having to change some .txt files if you want to modify controls. Default Scheme is fine for me though.

I don't understand how not being able to change the controls could be such a game breaking feature. You could just use a controller if the keyboard controls suck.

Agreed with garry. I played it with my bud late last night and we're not even close to halfway done yet. I liked how I didn't have to change all the keys and shit since the default setup works just perfectly, anybody who complains and refuses to get the game based on that is retarded.

Just like with Resident Evil 5, Capcom specifically designed these controls to be useful and benefit the player. I, personally, use an Xbox controller because I got used to the controls from playing Dead Rising: Case Zero on the Xbox.

There is an argument for the lack of control customization being an issue in a few cases: non-English keyboards. Using WASD for movement isn't so easy on an AZERTY keyboard for example. They have reason to complain, assuming the controls haven't already been "localized". However, as has been repeatedly stated, you CAN change the controls. It's just a bit more effort than people are used to. But when that effort is "edit a txt file", and we all proclaim the best thing about PC gaming is the modding, such an effort is well within our capability. Stop whining.
