If so, a sticky situation where they don't want to talk about it in development so early, but also can't straight up deny the game isn't in development. Game companies often have situations like this happen, generally closer to release though, where an employee will "leak" information in a marketing ploy to generate hype because of the official-ness of the leak, but allows them to stay relatively quiet about development until they are ready. Also probably an imposter posing as the dev, but still.

I still think that it's fake, personally. Either way, I don't think Obsidian would develop it. There was the whole metacritic thing with New Vegas, and Obsidian are doing a lot of stuff right now. After Skyrim I'm not sure how good a Beth-only F4 would be.
