Once again, North Korea has nuclear weapons, yes, but they [I]are not nuclear capable[/I] to any extend. They do not have any missiles or long-range bombers capable of carrying the nuclear weapons they have.

Do NK actually have any allies? I know they are somewhat "friendly" with China, but I see that relationship more like little ADHD cousin and very patient older asian guy.

I started wonderinging about this, because I dont see how its possible to start a world war, when its basicly NK against everyone.
