I'm kinda afraid to sate my opinion, for fear that within a week stating my opinion on this matter could label me a terrorist sympathizer.

He was pissed with the IRS and decided to crash a plane in to their offices. Man, that is a lot of rage just to go out of your way and do that.
I expected a true 9/11 follow up where a building collapsed and a thousand or so people died.

Think of it as a school shooting, but he slammed a plane in to a building.
American politics and Government is fucked up beyond repair. Not sure if flying planes into buildings is the way to fix anything though.
People on /news/ are debating if he was a socialist or a teabagger. Personally, it seemed obvious to me he was a leftist, possible a socialist, who was simply fed up with the current use of taxes and the whole system in general.

"His name was Andrew Stack" and "His name was Joseph Stack" were common phrases, alluding to Fight Clubs "His name was Robert Paulson", which was the catch phrase, more or less, for Project Mayhem, which dealt with taking out the economic system. It's kind of a good idea to identify which side he was on, and what he supported, before some nuts follow in his footsteps.
I'm really getting tired of these Party discussions though. It's like people can't have their own opinion if they're not strictly outlined by a group of people who in reality could care less about said opinions or ideals. Be you Republican, Democratic, Liberal, what have you. Just form your own opinions and try not to get wrapped up with the party system. Not to say that Political parties are all bad, they're also another form of checks and balances, but it's still a drag on the entire political process.

He was probably a libertarian. Yup.

They see less spending as better and only believe in providing what the private sector won't do.
