Honestly I feel the majority of people have been attracted to someone under the age of consent at some point (excluding when under the age of consent themselves obv) but don't want to admit it
He's not a Paedophile but he is an Ephebophile
but according to the law that is the same thing
The guy cheated on his wife and used his position as an authority figure at the school to prey on an underage girl.
The fact that the girl got sexually involved with a married teacher proves she's immature and her judgment can't be trusted. So what she wants is irrelevant. Once she's legal, she can do what she wants.
Over a quater of adults(Studies say 50% but I think that's exaggerated) cheats in relationships.
Theres millions of adults who are pretty immature, I guess we need some oil faced facepuncher to dictate who they want to fuck or get involved with consenting because their opinions are "irrelevant"
And you acting like he brainwashed her using the world, "prey".
The fact that we use "pedophilia" as a blanket legal term for sexual attraction under the age of consent is pretty stupid. Even if pedophilia, hebephilia, and ephebophilia all fall under various chronophilias, using "pedophilia" as a one-size-fits-all definition is extremely misleading and encourages us to falsely classify incidents.
It's like using the term "mugged" to describe an aggravated robbery in a bank.

There's nothing wrong with being attracted to someone underage. It's when you do something about it, like engage in sex with that person, AND you have a position of authority over that person...that's when you can't really play it off like "everyone wants to bone a teenage girl, what did I do wrong?"

If part of his defense is "she's willing and wants to be with him" then I think it's fair to examine her decision making skills, since she is underage. Clearly, in every conceivable aspect, her decision making in this situation is nothing but failure. This amounts to the proof that her decision in this matter is not valid. What adults do, and the decisions they make, even if similarly stupid are irrelevant since they are adults. They get to make those decisions no matter how dumb they are. When she is of legal age she can make all the stupid decisions she wants and no one will be able to stop her.
He had position of authority, so they are not in any way 'equal', therefore he preyed on her. Brainwashing may or may not have happened, though the usual term for this is 'grooming'.

Nah you're just fucked in the head.
Nah you're just fucked in the head.
You seen a goodlooking stranger while walking down the street and think they was hot before right?
Chances are that she could've been underage and you never know it.

Personally I like girls my age or older, which is the complete opposite of most boys I know around my age. I don't know if you use facebook but I always see people 18 and over liking pictures of 15 year old girls or whatever. If a lot of people are open about like that (which is quite creepy imo) then way more are not admitting to it.
I'd even guess that you've felt attraction to a girl under 16 but she looked older or a girl that's actually over 16 but looks younger
I mean someone like Selena Gomez looks like fucking 14 years old imo but loads of guys won't hide the fact they fapped over her
Probably the creepiest post i've made in a while but w/e it's just honesty
I really only like girls 17 and up, with a focus on 17-20, but I enjoy anything up to 40. I feel this applies to almost everyone tbh
If it was only one year til she could consent, why not just wait a year...
I forgot to predict all the dumb ratings I'm going to get for 'agreeing' with the law.

Not everyone looks the same at any given age. Some people look far younger than their actual age and some look far older. So really all your saying is that you think you're most attracted to people who you think look 17 or older. This is all made more complicated by the fact that, women especially, put a lot of effort into looking younger than they actually are, wearing make up shaving body and pubic hair, dyeing hair etc. Also some people just have natural "baby faces", a good recent example is Thomas Sangster who plays Jojen Reed in Game of thrones and in this picture is 23 despite barley looking 13.

That's the kid who's currently chilling with Bran and the gang?
And he's 23? The hell?

I was together with one for a month or two. It was interesting, and no, NSA, we did not have sex, you can leave me alone.

Why has this been brought up?
There is a difference between seeing someone and finding them attractive - then forgetting about them 10 minutes later compared to running away to France with someone half your age.
About my previous comments, I had been drinking and could have worded them better really. Anyway I was actually talking about people around my age (19). Someone this teacher's age feeling attraction to a 15 year old is abnormal though and him actually getting into a relationship with her is way creepy and potentially harmful
And anyone who rated my first comment dumb is just being naive

It would be quite hard for two people in love to 'just wait a year', a year is a long time. Plus like I said above, it would still be against for law for as long as he was her teacher.

I think this is further proof that this guy had criminal intent, he's not acting out of 'love'.
If it's about this girl, wait till she's legal, it won't be long. It's true love, right? She's not going anywhere.
If it's about an underage girl, then that explains why he didn't wait. The whole point is to bang an underage girl, waiting till she's legal defeats the purpose.

I don't see why his tastes must grow up with him :v:
