Gentlemen we have our game
As much as I love better engines, wouldn't id Tech 5 set back modders quite a bit? It'd take a while to get acquainted with a new engine and editor.

I don't know, but I'll take an unmoddable TESV with Tech 5 over a very moddable TESV with Gamebryo.
Yes I hate Gamebryo that much.

Sure, TES is great and all, but we all love it for its mod-ability. Frankly I'd rather have Gamebryo still.
Co-op and no gamebyro, and I'll be happy.
Also better magic spells. Seriously magic sucked so hard.
Is the whole "stare you in the eye while talking" thing hardwired into the engine?

It doesn't bother me to be honest. Was more creepy in the Titanic game :v:

People would cough if you took to long to respond, IIRC.
I like the gamebryo engine. It's absolute shit but it has a charm that will never be matched.
More Sean Bean or Patrick Stewart.
Or someone equally as awesome.
Hopefully characters blink when talking to you. Also, PLEASE, make the horses faster. Please. I couldn't fucking stand it when an Imperial Guard could outrun me on a horse.
I would love to have seen TESV on the new cryengine. The world would look so beautiful <3
I don't even fucking care what they do, as long as it doesn't use Gamebryo engine I'm buying it. If it does, well I'm never touching a Bethesda game ever again.
Dragons, please.
huh, I thought they were selling it already?
Bethesda was never selling the engine. The original makers of the engine were going to sell it for someone else to own.
If it had combat system as in Dark Messiah, it would be a dream come true.
You and I have the same dreams :sigh:
I really, really hope that the system requirements wouldn't skyrocket into something I can never run.
This game better have the new engine in it...
More weapons, Gear, and others
More customization for our characters
Lot's of crafting and resources
A Quest to be able to construct a town or own a existing town.
More Spells
Hi-Res Graphics and Low-Res Graphics with Choice
Extra Modding Support
More Quests, Extra longevity (I want to beat this game with or without cheats in more then 2 weeks), CGI Cutscenes if possible (something like Starcraft 2 CGI on almost every mission if you can be able to do that).
Intelligent AI (at least give the AI a chance to Ambush or Surprise me...)
More Scenery
More Traps, Ability to use traps
An Ever-Growing City (We need this, i hate to see the same face, no children, no growth for children to become adults, adults to Elder, i want an ever-growing community of new NPC's coming in and out of town, it add in more visual and environment on cities so you know how crowded cities and town are).

The reason why Morrowind and Oblivion has lasted this long with gamers is due to their Construction Sets.
Multiplayer, hopefully co-op, and NO GAMEBRYO
Oh god for fuck's sake Bethesda NO MORE GAMEBRYO
TesV needs Scrolls of Icarian Flight.
My wishlist for TESV
1. The ability to dual wield. (Oh god, please put this in, Bethseda!)
2. Be able to attack on your horse.
3. More weapons types like Spears and Polearms
4. Crossbows
5. Be able to explore all of Tamriel. (Who am I kidding? They'll never implement this!)
6. More variety of voices. (Damn it, don't make the Nords and the Orcs sound exactly the same! Make the Orcs sound more like the Warcraft Orcs or make the male dumner sound more like they did in Morrowind)
7. More thought out questlines. (For example, something should've been done with Aldos Orthan's house after you finish that questline. But NO! That guard stays there forever. It should've been put up for sale or something)
8. Flying/Underwater Mounts (Don't think they'll implement this)
9. Bring back the spells from Morrowind (Levitation, teleport)
10. Better ragdolls. (Seriously, ragdolls should not fall that slowly)
11. Change the dialogue system.
*I'm a modder. I'd like for my character to be able to have the first/last word in a conversation,
*increase the character limit for your responses and other people's dialogue,
*give creatures the ability to speak to me like a normal NPC can. They got this one down in FO3 and I have very little doubt they'll but it in this one.
*make it easier to lipsync our dialogue! I know there's a workaround, but it's such a hassle
*Put in speech challenges and skill checks from Fallout 3
12. More races. (Doesn't necessarily have to be playable. I'd like to see the Solad or the Daedra Seducers from Daggerfall for instance)
13. Give us back the ability to put armor under our robes and clothes under our armor! (Why was this even taken out?)
14. For the love of God, don't put in a level cap!
15. Custom mod support for console versions! So that console players can play 3rd party mods (Never going to happen!)
16. Bring back the ability to mismatch our armor.
17. More creatures. (What I really liked about Morrowind was the variety of creatures. I'd like to see creatures that fly high in the sky, if they don't turn out to be as annoying as the Cliff Racers)
18. More variety of ruins. (I really liked the Dwemer ruins in Morrowind)
19. Enemy creatures that fight each other instead of them all joining forces to kill little ol' me.
20. Do not bring back Morrowind's combat and magic system. I liked the combat in Oblivion, but It would be nice if it was similar to Dark Messiah's. For example,
* You can see your own body in first person mode. It's 2010. There should be no reason for this floating arms BS.
* Add in kicking
(I really don't think they'll implement this)
21. Open spaces. Don't make each city have their own cell.
22. Better facegen system. Make it easier to make a good looking person. Also, make NPC's more unique looking, if not pretty, like Oblivion's Tamriel NPC's revamped or Fallout 3's Project Beauty.

This is perfection in game form
The same as oblivion but new. Oblivion had no flaws. Heck I wouldn't care if it used the same game engine.
uh no
The same as oblivion but new. Oblivion had no flaws. Heck I wouldn't care if it used the same game engine.
Those who say that it had no flaws are pretty stupid.
Oblivion.exe has stopped working
Random crashes
Freezes
Lagg with 5780 2x crossfire and best damn intel cpu
No gamebryo, Dark Messiah combat, better animations and Diablo 2-style multiplayer (scaled/multiplied enemies, optional co-op & party combat)
As long as they don't use gamebyro it will be awesome.
Morrowind on a new engine would be quality.
:siren: There won't be Gamebryo. :siren:
Why? It is for sale and the company that made it is liquidated already. Bethesda cannot use an engine that is for sale. TES V will be on idTech 5, most likely.
