It was only the safety deadline for foreigners etc to leave SK according to a warning from NK. Not a deadline for an actual attack.
Personally I think if they attack, it'll be the 15th.

Something has been said about that date. They'll be celebrating the birth of Kim Il-Sung, you can expect the typical military parade and show of force.
I dunno, If I were a crazy dictator I wouldn't be telling the rest of the world the exact date I'll be making my strike. And I certainly wouldn't do it when my enemy is prepared for it.
