Fuck this, I am not getting flu shot. I am 17, and overweight (which actually helps when fighting this kind of diseases, as you don't get dehydrated so fast), and I will risk going through it in nice natural way. There is barely any danger that I would die because of it, and I don't really feel like using something only just theoretically dangerous when I don't really need it. You have just as much water retention as a guy at 10% bodyfat. Also being overweight actually puts you at greater risk than someone who is of good fitness. Your immune system will be weaker.

The larger your bodyfat stores are, the longer you will last. Not by much though. And no, [b]fitter[/b] people have stronger immune systems. I said nothing about just being "skinnier". But generally, if you're overweight, chances are you're not fit.
