PSY is a pretty cool dude, the video has a great sense of humor, the song isn't groundbreaking but it is catchy and sounds more original than most shit released in this genre, and he did all that without being american

It is a big deal for a channel to hit 1Billion, I'm saying for a while only the big boys hit 1Billion like the Vevo channels, Machinima, etc, but now more and more of the music channels and movie channels are hitting it.
