They can't, specifically they are demanding economic support for the loss of the cab driver. Each witness is demanding around 1-10 million dollars. Ofcourse, without reason, but it adds up and becomes a great sum of money.
Everyone knows they're not getting back their money, Norway does not really have any interest of two murderers.
