That's just a theory and until it's officially acknowledged in some way that's all it will ever be. And it doesn't change the fact that it means the ending was basically a cliched "AND IT WAS ALL A DREAM" ending if it was true which IMO would be even more awful that what we already have. And it wouldn't change the fact that there is no closure and there are still plot holes all over the place.
