Because they are placid and rarely cause issues. I live with a few Chinese guys and while they are assholes, they are so timid that a loud noise could scare them off. The repuation that these immigrants have is one of causing trouble and actively conflicting with the home countries culture. There's plenty of trouble between them on both sides but asian cultures are generally non-confrontational so it's less noticable.

However, I do support multiraciality, I just don't think multiple very different cultures can actually peacefully co-exist, this has already been proven in many places around Europe. As in, no special treatment. They either learn the language and adapt to the local culture and laws, or go back where they came from.
