Having a store for micro transactions is about the farthest thing from fucking greedy. Greedy is forcing you to buy a large piece of DLC for money in order to play a game you already own. I give Portal a 6/10
It's short, it's a console port and it's got dlc from the start.

No its a great game and if you don't like the dlc then you should complain and not buy it. While you might think buying this game will encourage valve to make more dlc that costs money (which might be true) it will also encourage story and innovation. Something the gaming industry has forgotten about recently.

Guys I hate going to the cinema. You know all those micro transactions before you go to the movie. Popcorn etc. I know I don't have to buy them all, but if I don't I just feel like I'm missing something and I'm not getting the whole experience.

Also, the store is not technically DLC, and it doesn't even add anything to the gameplay that would make it a "must-buy". It's just for fun.
I thought Portal 2 was a pretty awesome game. I was excited for it, but I wasn't really thinking it would be amazing. After playing through the campaign, which took roughly 8 hours, and after playing some of the coop missions, I can say that this was a really amazing game. It just goes to show how much fun you can have in a game that focuses around the use of one single gun.
I like the idea of hats, but I think they should either be Achievements only or the store that sells them sells everything at 50 cents, which is a proper price for cosmetic items in games, if you ask me. At most 99 cents.

I doubt anyone cares about the users score, they are never like the reviewers score and most the the reviewers either give something a 10 or a 0.

Well 4 was considered great by everyone at the time because it was before they started just shelling out call of duty games (or clones of it). If you look at all the other ones after there on average a 3 while the reviewers are around a 9.
I don't see why people are so fucking anal when they review things. As if every aspect of the game has to be created to their standards.
Why is it that the 0-point reviews always claim the game is 4 hours long (i.e. completely ignoring the co-op), but then complain about the DLC (something that can only possibly affect you if you play the co-op)? you cant have it both ways dweebs
I honestly cannot believe that people are actually upset about the online store. You should be grateful for such an enjoyable game.
