I didn't say anything about the lesbian couple paying him. I simply said I would tell those women that getting sick was their problem.
Why would you even need to tell them that? They're not trying to make it his problem.

To be able to donate, you must be successful. If you have been successful (hint: hardvard, yale), you probably already have a huge chance at making shit tons of money. Who the heck would need an extra 12k a year if you already make something like 250k+
For closed donors, yes. But Open donors (as in, those who have their full contact information listed) get paid substantially more. Where a closed donor could be paid $50, an open donor could be paid upwards of $300.
Getting paid to jerk off? Hmmmmmmmmm...
I can see why this happens.
Why should the state(you and I) have to pay for the kids' needs when their parents can do it? Once the parents can't pay, then the state should step in.
In this case, the agreement was between the man and the women, so I can see how any and all binding obligations are only between them. Since the state was not a party to the agreement, I don't see how this guy can cry foul.
Finally, child support is for the benefit of the child or children, not the moms or dads. This means moms can't forfeit child support since it's not theirs to forfeit. The custodial parent is obligated to collect whatever the CHILD is entitled to, no matter how the parent feels about it. Of course, parents can make their own deals, where one doesn't have to pay child support, but once the state is brought in to pay the other parent can expect that deal to be void.
Kansas is incredibly harsh to anyone who is not heterosexual. We have a lot of dislike and hatred towards homosexuality for some of the most ridiculous reasons I've ever heard here.
There's a kid who came to my university from Kansas this year, and he's overall a pretty decent kid, but he's flagrantly homophobic, and my college is probably the most liberal private school in the state, with a huge community of people who either are gay, or support gay rights.
My god, I could be making millions.
You could have been making millions to make millions!
Seriously, guys, this is why you guard your spunk.
Because they were filing for finical assistance, which they've been told they can only get by making they guy pay them child support, rather than getting regular benefits from the government.
It's discriminatory to the couple because the government is ruling that they're not the kid's parents, the one that gave birth and the sperm donor are.
I don't believe it's discriminatory, because the kid does have ONE biological father, and ONE biological mother. Regardless of how the family is set up, this is true.
So for the purposes of something like child support, the biological parent can be targeted without impacting the legitimacy of the gay couple. The gay couple still retain parental rights and custody, this case is simply about making sure that everyone involved pays before requiring the state to pay. Since the sperm donor is known, and it was some sketchy Craigslist deal, he's got problems.
I didn't say anything about the lesbian couple paying him.
Neither did he. Alright, I'm going to say this nice and clearly, and emphasize the nouns, since apparently you can't fucking read for shit:
The state wants him to pay the lesbian couple the child support.
Do you get it now? Or do you need a picture drawn?
i dont like this
This is why you don't donate sperm on Craigslist. Besides, the only good shit on Craigslist is furniture and Used Cars.
