I got the top floor one at Weazel Plaza, it was 335,000. I like the view it gives me. All it took was grinding the shit out of jobs like Titan of a Job and Mixing up with Coke. Now time to grind some more so I can buy a Carbonizzare and upgrade the vehicles I have as best I can and actually get a few more attachments for my weapons. Also gonna get a Coil Voltic (cause come on, its a Tesla, why wouldn't I want it?) and then start saving up for the Adder.
Too bad I already have a 335k apartmen, with 9 of 10 car maxed out to what they can be at my current level. Also max ammo and all unlocked guns.
And an extra million in my bank.
Violent duct was very good to me.
But won't this just cause massive inflation?

500k isn't really that much, you'll get a good apartment for it and a few high end cars. Besides, you still have to unlock everything else like guns and stuff.

Yeah, and you can send it to me if you are an Xbox 360 user. It's going to a good cause, helping me buy an Adder. If just four people donate their first week's $250,000, then I too can afford to drive a massively expensive super car.

buy cheap apartment, invest in high powered weaponry. get semi trucks and fast cars. raid the military base and steal the tanks + planes.
Its not too much money once you look at the prices for guns and ammo
200k for the apartment, another 200k for a nice car + upgrades and then the 100k can go to buying ammo and attachments for guns
Once you fully kit out 1 gun you've already burnt a crapload of money
