In OP's quote alone there are numerous phrases like "apparently", "according to", and "reportedly". The full article is jam packed with even more.
The only thing that's actually known is that Bill Clinton rode on a jet owned by a pedophile. It's a huge jump to extrapolate that out to "Bill Clinton is a pedophile" yet here we are

Of course it's speculation.. But he flew more than 10 times on the jet, more if you accept the Fox story, and Epstein plead the 5th to stay silent when he was directly asked in court whether or not he had a personal relationship with Bill Clinton. Connect the dots.

As much as it dismays me, Sanders is unlikely to get the nomination and Clinton at the very least has some experience in the political world. Her likelihood of ruining international relationships is significantly lower than that of Trump.

I'm not going to claim adequate knowledge about the political quirks of other nations; I don't have that experience.
What I do know is that my own home country is fucked six ways from Sunday, and I find that rather upsetting.
