Soooo, if trump did go ahead and declare war on literally every country, would the citizens be able to get him out from his position?
Can't tell what's worse, Trump elected or over-reacting on this scale
Trump elected.
I guess Meme Magic does exist.
Listen to me, my man. There is a rare and exquisite meme from 8chan that claimed that you would get good luck if and only if, the first utterance you spoke on the first of the month after waking up, was, "rabbit rabbit rabbit". Here is an example of the meme in image form: I attempted this on October 1st of this year. Two days later I won a fucking PSVR. So in addendum, yes. Meme magic is serious business.
The GOP and Republicans haven't exactly been pro trump. I expect him to meet a lot of resistance.
I can see it happening that both republicans and democrats go 'fuck you, but fuck him harder' and you get a bipartisan effort to block Trump from getting anything done. Small chance, but I'll take it.
I guess we will just have to build HRT labs in our backyards to make our own medication.
The main way to create and harvest estrogen years ago was to distill it from mare urine. I guess we'll have to let a fucking horse piss in our mouths to live
What about people who are already married? Will those be nullified?
To keep it short; Maybe. Technically Pence has no right to do so, as it's unconstitutional, and technically they can't even repeal the decision to legalize it on a federal level. HOWEVER, this is entirely speculation. We don't know if Pence will respect the Constitution when it comes to this, and party stacked congresses tend to hold up any decision their president makes if it supports the party's ideals, constitutional or not. I'd say for now, if you can afford it, hole up somewhere like Canada.
Didin't you TOXX yourself and say that you would stop posting in SH if trump wins?
I toxxed that if Florida went blue I'd never post in SH again. Florida did not go blue. Slow down on the liberal tears.
The GOP and Republicans haven't exactly been pro trump. I expect him to meet a lot of resistance.
There is no incentive for Republicans to resist 90% of Trump's platform since it aligns with theirs. In fact their swung their platform around to align with his after he won the nomination. Representatives that stand against Trump risk being ostracized from the rest of the herd. This idea that Trumps power will be limited by Congress (but more specifically, a Republican congress) is a fantasy.
gj america
(pictured) New President of the United States
So is Trump confirmed for actually having a time machine?
Well.... This is awkward. (User was permabanned for this post ("Toxx Clause: Trump won. Permabanned. Escape Clause: User must duct tape his genitals." - Big Dumb American))
Soooo, if trump did go ahead and declare war on literally every country, would the citizens be able to get him out from his position?
Congress has to authorize acts of war, so no. It's absolutely possible for Trump to do something wildly unacceptable, due to his political inexperience, and end up impeached, though. Actually a real possibility - Trump's a wildcard, and Pence would be a much more secure and loyal Republican president. That said, if Pence ever becomes president, I would lose my absolute shit and half of my friends would be forced to go to conversion therapy. He'd literally purge LGBT people and jail any who try to get married. Absolute lunatic of a VP.
-snip-
the USA would've lost either way
Can't tell what's worse, Trump elected or over-reacting on this scale
yeah writing a low-effort post on a videogame forum sure is overreacting
At a loss

Its not like some of us stake our lives and indeed our ability to live on the government not taking away our hard earned rights or anything

I'd say for now, if you can afford it, hole up somewhere like Canada.
The only realistic path to this happening, given that it's the result of a supreme court ruling, is through the appointment of deeply conservative Supreme Court justices. Trump gets a freebie right off the bat, unless Congress miraculously decides to quit refusing to approve the long-empty seat to Obama's nomination. 2-3 more seats are reasonably expected to open within Trump's term, turning the Supreme court deep red. So, yes, it's possible that gay marriage, or even Roe v. Wade will be challenged or overturned. However, it won't happen immediately. It may not even happen within the direct span of Trump's presidency. Supreme court justices are the president's true legacy, and Trump is likely to get a whole bushel of them, so we'll probably be feeling the consequences of this election for decades.
I'm so excited to buy things for cheap from the US again. Just like back when GWB was pres.
So anyone in Canada mind hosting me as a political refugee?
So anyone in Canada mind hosting me as a political refugee?
Same.
The DNC is going to have some fun chats between now and the next election
He has said that one of his key traits is unpredictability, so fully expect (or don't) him to suddenly pull off a rubber mask and reveal that he was Mecha-Bama the whole time.
Well, now we finally find out if he's really a deep undercover liberal.
:goodjob: :suicide: Thanks DNC for fucking up what should have been a cakewalk of an election.
ahahahahah. Bravo
2016, the year of the self-writing joke
oh shit, you got me. I must be a nazi, I also must have voted for Trump. Nevermind that I never even voted. Jesus christ, grow up guys.
Kind of feels cathartic to show the polls were over sampled and biased, as well as seeing the vitriol from the same people who said they promote tolerance for differing belief now back track after humiliating and shaming Trump supporters.
2016 is already a shit year, let's make it worse
amazing, simply amazing, a person has been memed into the oval office ALL HAIL EMPEROR TRUMP i love all of you
2016 has certainly been one hell of a year, kind of scared to see what else is in store for 2017 and so on.

I suddenly feel a lot better about Trudeau moving to secure free trade with the EU.
