Do you have issues with geography or something? He died over a hundred miles away by from a completely different police force after he started to murder them as well. I have zero sympathy for this murderer's death. He killed a whole bunch of people and some people still continue to hold him up in a good light. It's their internal review - not entirely sure what's so strange about those. They're done all the time, even more often in cases that might go before a court. It's basically their stance on it.
