Do you have issues with geography or something? He died over a hundred miles away by from a completely different police force after he started to murder them as well. I have zero sympathy for this murderer's death. He killed a whole bunch of people and some people still continue to hold him up in a good light. Do you even have the slightest idea where Lake Arrowhead is compared to LA county? Try to do a little research before spouting random nonsense.
I just realized. He was fired, fired on police, and died in a house fire.

It's their internal review - not entirely sure what's so strange about those. They're done all the time, even more often in cases that might go before a court. It's basically their stance on it.
