If you go back to around last year and you were british, you would know that there was a time where nearly everyone, knew a close relative or themselves to have had flu symptoms that infected the whole nation after pressing concerns about swine flu.

I had swine flu when this whole thing was still going on, didn't go to the hospital but it did spread like mad throughout my entire family.
Bad times, but it wasn't even close to as horrible as the media made it out to be.
One of my friends had swine flu, they were going to close down the school for awhile but then the Australian government changed their minds about how to deal with infected children, did any other countries go through a similar phase?

I had it, it sucked, wasn't anything like a cold. Wasn't anything terrible either though, was just a slightly more unbearable case of seasonal flu. If anything the vaccine was worse.
