Rumors abound that there are three companies getting ready to announce an NX game tomorrow, but the 3 minute announcement will only be showing off Zelda. Makes sense, its the one game Nintendo themselves has announced for the NX, and has a lot of last gen footage to compare to.

One of the few things they've said about NX in the past as that they would stem away from the Wii brand

Graphics don't matter, I mean in some aspects they do, but not as much as people believe.
You can have a crappy looking game (Minecraft for example) and it can become big.
We are at the stage where Graphics won't be getting drastically different, it's not like the jump from SNES to N64 to Gamecube to 360/PS3
Everything is starting to look the same.
And even if it was, Graphics still aren't the main aspect of games.
Never has been, because if it was, then people wouldn't still play classic games. Silent Hill, Ocarina of Time, Contra, Half Life for example.

Minecraft was legitimately awful looking though. Nintendo's consoles may be behind the times in terms of power but their general art style itself is perfectly fine. And since it means cheaper consoles it's not a huge issue for a lot of people anyways. If you want good graphics you should just go for a gaming pc. A console is always going to be inferior to one of those after all.

Hell, Super Mario Sunshine still holds up really well too considering how old it is.

I really want it to be this mobile/stationary console hybrid. I loved playing on the Wii U gamepad with its streaming.

Opinions on Minecraft's art style is a lot more split than Nintendo's though. There's plenty of people who think it's looks really awful. Personally I think that without at least a texture pack it really doesn't look very good at all myself.
