Again, because people are too interested on how the United States fucked up on even more policy, I'm not saying we don't have issues; I'm saying people extremely over-exaggerate the issues we have, if you take a step back you will see EVERY country has the same (or worse) issues.

Just because worse shit happens elsewhere doesn't mean it's ok for bad stuff to happen in the US, especially when the US has no good reason for stuff like that to happen. It's obvious that these zero-tolerance policies do not work and make no sense, it's been obvious for several years - I don't see why someone can't just change the guidelines somewhere higher up to say "these zero-tolerance policies are stupid and make no sense, maybe you shouldn't use them".

Also, "horrendous censorship in Germany"? Give me a break.
