Actually if I sleep in I end up getting sleep paralysis, something I try to avoid. The horror of it actually ruins my day entirely.
I used to get that around 2 times in one night once a week or every other day, shit sucks.
I used to get that around 2 times in one night once a week or every other day, shit sucks.
3-4 days a week here :( damn my weird sleeping habits.
It doesn't work like this for developing individuals, keep that in mind before asking why you, presumably a 12-17 year old male feels bad with only 8 ours of sleep.
I really enjoy a long sleep anyway. There is nothing like a good night's rest, it's something that a cup of coffee can't make me feel.
i slept for at least 12-13 hours before i was so overworked that day plus was feverish
Went to bed around 12sh, ended up waking up at 11am. Besides, not like I was gonna do anything important today.
I've been sleeping 5 hours a night every night for the past year of my life, and I feel fine
I try to sleep as little as possible, I don't want to waste my life lying around unconscious.
fuck this i sleep for maybe 8 or 10 hour's
Sleep deprivation is a well know mental manipulation technique. Of course you can only sleep 5h per day, but your personnal equilibrium will suffer.
Me falling at sleep during lessons say otherwise!
I sleep like...3 hours a night. Seriously. Don't even keep a regular schedule... My day consists of feeling like shit while I hear all these noises I'm pretty sure aren't real. I wish I could sleep more...
I get minor cases of insomnia, in that I can't sleep unless I'm seriously tired, so I usually only end up only getting 4-5 hours sleep even when I go to bed at a time that would allow for 8.
When I was a teenager, I never got more than 6 hours. weekends I'd be lucky to get 6, and I came out of being a teenager pretty good all things considered.
i always get my 5 hours of sleep, even if i have a day off and whatever
My dad usually gets up around 4-5am. So five hours sleep if your a worker as such. And doesn't want to be interrupted. Not by a bunch of Aborigine's that play loud music across the road. But they do seem like a reasonable folks anyway. I do end up getting up late around 10-11am sometimes. Only on times when I'm not going to work or doing anything vitally important.
4-6 hours for me.
I read somewhere that as you get older you need less sleep, which makes sense. By the time you're elderly it's only 5 or 6 hours, but when you're a teenager I'm pretty sure 8 is still optimum.
