Oil is a frigging curse for all and sundry. Problem for those that need it (and can't kick the dependancy because they need it as fuel) and those that have it (Bad for economies, for they become built about and cannot move to systems that can support a middle class. I'm saying closing down a mosque does nothing when there are potentially thousands of other mosques that can do the same exact thing. The only thing this is doing it closing down a mosque for people who have to forever be grouped together with extremists. It's nothing but a building.

Every bit helps, you can't ignore a problem even when it might be impossible to resolve. It's like drug houses, any house could be manufacturing drugs. Will we ever completely remove all the drug houses? No. that doesn't mean we should ignore it and let the problem grow. Action has to be taken regardless.
