This was so satisfying. "Well, you guys have repeatedly told me I'm not allowed to go in with this camera, but screw you I'm going in anyway." "No you're not." *tiny push* "Sir, you have just battered me, and..." *tasered* "AAAAAAAAUUUUUUUUUGGGGGGGGHHHHHH"
This guy is a dick, he's going in and making those guys jobs harder for no reason. I hate conspiracy theorist and activist who act this way. I mean, the family that fought out against the marine over facebook post was the good type of activist. But people who just hassle other people like this are just dicks.
So wait, facepunch thinks this is correct use of a less lethal weapon? Ahahahah oh wow.
So wait, facepunch thinks this is correct use of a less lethal weapon? Ahahahah oh wow.
comments on the site (all LEOs) don't indicate otherwise what makes you think it isn't?
Prick deserved it.
There was a full video somewhere where it showed how it all came down to that, when he was entering the court room with the camera he refused to go into the metal detectors threatening to bill anyone who forced him to. Then when he was sitting in court he was told to leave with the camera, and he said no. Forcing everyone to leave the courtroom and he left too because he was following the crowd. He's a fucking douchebag who wouldn't follow orders, so yes he deserves to be tazered
He tried walking right through them, so P. Barns pushed him back and tazed him. You cant just try to push past officers like that and expect them to not do anything.
So if someone does something wrong, they should be given the tazer? Have you ever heard of, you know, using some other method than the tazer? Its like american police are not trained to put a guy on the floor without the use of a weapon.
Not gonna lie, I chuckled when he was tazered.
So wait, facepunch thinks this is correct use of a less lethal weapon? Ahahahah oh wow.
Please do explain to us your vision of the correct use of LTL weapons and equipment.

He got tazered for being a nuisance and cuff'd so they could wonder what the fuck he was doing.
Dont get me wrong, the guy was a dick and deserved to be tackled, but tazer? Really?
So if someone does something wrong, they should be given the tazer? Have you ever heard of, you know, using some other method than the tazer?
Please do explain to us your vision of the correct use of LTL weapons and equipment.
Potentially armed or violent behaviour is when tazer should be used. Usually in situations like this where i come from, they use some self defense techniques first, if that wont work, then deploy the tazer. [editline]18th September 2012[/editline]
If they tackled him then there could be more injuries than having been tased.
My friend usually tackles me in a way i dont actually feel a thing as i hit the ground. Even if i resist.

He refused to obey the orders of the guards several times, tried to go in anyways after being told not to - just so he could go in there and stir shit up and be a jackass and flaunt his "nonexistant rights" Even if he wasn't armed it was clear he was trying to get in just to stir shit up which he was doing outside the court room alreay. I'd say the tazer was fair enough

This is real life, not an action movie. just because a suspect is on the ground doesn't mean theyl stop resisiting.
He should have been given a few seconds more warning.
Because your friend is a police officer trying to subdue an unruly individual who has already shown some manner of hostility and aggression.
Just pointing out that if you know how to do it, you can tackle a guy without injuring him. And to trunk monkay, Its nothing fancy. Its a simple self defense move cops are trained to do. And if he doesnt stop resisting there, then he can be given the tazer/pepperspray.
He should have been given a few seconds more warning.
But Mr. P. Barns wouldn't let the height of his day get away. You can see the glimmer in his eyes right before the shot.
The tazerings pretty damn funny, and the guy is obviously a complete prick, But as JohnnyMo said, the guard pulls out the tazer, says step back and half a second later tazes him. He never gave the guy a chance to step back.
He should have been given a few seconds more warning.
Pulling a tazer to my face would make me stop as soon as I saw it
He acknowledged the TASER then still refused to step back and was still hostile.
I think it might be that same douche that protested against a cop and recorded while open carrying a mp5 or something (unloaded)
Whether it was necessary or not, watching that idiot get tazered made my day. I'll never understand how people like this get the idea that they can just make up their own constitutional clauses to get their own way, does this idiot actually think that freedom of press is synonymous with freedom to go where ever you like?
That guard did a great job of handling the situation. I would of done the same (maybe earlier)
"can you step back please" then he tazes him straight away lol sure he was being an asshole but it's a bit creepy in this thread how there are certain people who seem to treat this as masturbatory
"can you step back please" then he tazes him straight away lol sure he was being an asshole but it's a bit creepy in this thread how there are certain people who seem to treat this as masturbatory
But watching idiots get tazered has always been hilarious, especially when they're loud mouth idiots who spout bullcrap like this one.
But watching idiots get tazered has always been hilarious, especially when they're loud mouth idiots who spout bullcrap like this one.
no matter how much i disagree with someone, i don't wish harm upon them. geniunely finding this funny makes you a slight bit sadistic
That guy totally sounds like Jack Black. [editline]18th September 2012[/editline]
no matter how much i disagree with someone, i don't wish harm upon them. geniunely finding this funny makes you a slight bit sadistic
not really it's just funny why do you think half the world thinks videos of people getting hurt one way or another are funny? (fail compilations and stuff like that)

He stopped the threat non-lethally, after the assailant was told to stop trying to forcefully enter the courtroom. Unlike you, I don't live in a fucking anime where everyone is super buff and can drop a guy with one flex of their mighty asscheeks
