Sadly this is from Free Radical's canned version of the game, so the current project is probably nothing like this.

Also, the author of the video said that the game was designed from the ground up for the PC and quickly ported to consoles, so that's another plus. Such a shame to see this go down though, and hopefully the current developer is at least using Free Radical's assets.

LucasArts own the rights to this and could most definitely have just given everything that was made onto the next devs.
