Dick Santorum tells rape victims to make the best of it and have that baby
I don't want him as a president; I want him fixed, and I don't think that restricting him from what helps him through the day is the best way of doing that.
I want everybody happy whether they're as stupid as Santorum or not. Unless somebody wants to get a psychologist for him, I feel it isn't necessary to trample on his "parade."
I'd pay to get him institutionalized.
Even as a non-american.

Let's see if we can get a Kickstarter set up or something.
I know it's been said before, but it bears repeating: somebody needs to find a way to make men pregnant, violently rape Santorum (I'm talking "Clockwork Orange" meets "I Spit On Your Grave" times a billion), get him pregnant, get him drunk and high as all hell so the baby comes out disabled, and tell him the ultra-deformed baby was a gift from God... or at least whack Santorum upside the head with the Book of Job until he understand not every bad event has to make logical sense to us.
Fun fact: A friend of mine asked anyone who agreed with Santorum's remark to unfriend her on Facebook.
Oh Dick, what will you say next?

Not a fun fact: You're not funny and trying too hard.
Rick Santorum is absolutely correct! God, lord and Saviour is trying to give rape victims new life!!!! All who support abortion are going to HELL!
Pro life! Pro-death penalty. The way America should be. God bless and holla holla, get blessings.

I know it's been said before, but it bears repeating: people don't deserve to get tortured/raped/burnt/ect. just because they've got a different opinion from you.
Fun fact: You look like a immature bloodthirsty asshat.
Every candidate is, so why would they choose him?
Conservatives have been convinced, via fear mongering and propaganda, that democrats are atheists (even if they deny it), and with Romney a Mormon (no Christian religion accepts them except for Mormons) and Gingrich a scumbag, many Conservatives believe Santorum is the only true Christian.
And they are only Republicans for religious reasons :downs:

For God's sake, Rick!
I pray for a time machine so I can go abort your right wing christian anus and shoot your carcass into the sun with a V2!
But abortion is the greatest invention in pregnancy category.
i think we're gonna need another president assassination
IF he gets voted in
We'd need to get the VP as well, as you don't wanna be run by whoever he'd choose as such.
It's kinda funny how things line up. I'm studying Prohibition (wait for it, it'll be relevant) and one of the major themes was how the social reform was for OTHER people, never us. "We can't let the blacks have alcohol, it'll turn them into brutes", "We can't let the immigrant workers have alcohol, it makes them less productive", etc. Nobody ever thinks about when they might need/want the thing they're outlawing. I'm not comparing alcohol and abortion, they're two completely different things, but the idea seems pretty relevant.
I'm pro-abortion. I find the idea of mass overpopulation a bad thing, Santorum! Also, this isn't going to help rape victims at all.
to accept this horribly created, in the sense of rape

accept what God is giving to you
My atheism level just went up tenfold.
And I thought Palin was bad, this is ridiculous.

Having different opinions is fine; for example, I won't come hunting you down with a pitchfork for disagreeing. I'm just saying: if Santorum is supposed to be a Christian Conservative, he should at least get his source morality right. (I'd say the rape thing was a hyperbole/exaggeration, but in a perfect world/world where we could simulate such things, it'd be fun to see his reaction.)

Nah mate, just shows you're a silly bugger who can't react maturely to a situation man, not that it would be funny.
If I were raped and got pregnant from it, I would get an abortion no doubt. If god intended for me to not only be raped but to go through nine months of hell and then have my rapist's child child forced upon me (I don't even want children at all!), I would feel that this god is cruel and heartless for ruining my life. I wouldn't want to follow this god anymore.
I am agnostic though, even if there is a higher power I do not believe anything is directly controlling our actions. Pregnancy is not a gift, it is a biological process that happens all the time. Pregnancy through rape isn't god's magical plan, it is a horrible situation that a woman should be allowed to deal with in her own way (abortion, adoption, having the baby, whatever she feels is right for her).
Even though I don't live in America I hope Santorum doesn't win.
I don't see how people can claim conception is 'God's gift of life', when many or most (I've seen estimates of up to ~60% to 80%) fertilized eggs fail to implant themselves onto the woman's uterine wall, and get flushed out without anyone ever realizing it. Even the most conservative estimates say that ~10% fail to implant, which means that 1 in 10 'people' don't even last a week in the woman's body before 'dying'. Why isn't God looking out for those lives?
This is to say nothing of eggs that do implant, but fail to develop naturally which leads to their death in the first trimester, which I've read can occur as often as ~31% of the time.
Gods plan etc etc.
It's all a retarded as fuck argument that shouldn't even exist in this day and age but it does and most sane people are stuck needing to put up with it's knock on effects such as religious law.

How can you be so silly. God protects us from the next Hitler cause he loves us. [/religion]
Arguing with this kind of religious people is worse than talking to a wall. At least wall doesn't spout ignorance back.

On that note, if anti-choicers feel that it's appropriate to stand outside abortion clinics with graphic pictures (sometimes fake) of aborted fetuses, surely it's just as fair for pro-choicers to return the favor by standing outside pregnancy clinics with graphic pictures of, say, Holocaust victims who were tortured and signs saying, "Your child could be the next Hitler. Abort today!" (not that I would ever do that, because I like to believe I have a modicum of decency). I mean, both only show one extreme side of the argument. And if they're allowed to put up pictures like this:

Surely that's just the same, no?
