• Bendgate: The Galaxy Note 4 Bends!

I understand that this is a big issue in the IP6 because it can happen with everyday use but of course your electronics are going to bend if you fucking bend them
I love my Galaxy Note 3. I'm ready for an upgrade but I doubt I'm gonna take it for a while, nothing really seems worth upgrading into. Also I have a case and screen protector on my phone because I'm not retarded. Plus the case has a kickstand which is great because with a screen as big as the Note 3's this thing is great for watching tv and movies
You know what else bends? So fuck off.
this just in, try really fucking hard to bend something, and it might bend! the issue with iphones bending isnt that if you really really try to bend it, it will; its that it bends by sitting in your goddamn pocket

For one, they are engineered to have a certain amount of non-deforming flexability to them. Phones aren't, and they really didn't design the iphone 6 plus sufficiently with this in mind. On another note, I'm actually curious if the decision not to use sapphire glass structurally weakened the phone, perhaps to the point where the engineers responsible for the design had accounted it when designing the shape.
My iphone 4 got run over by a car, with no case on it, and all it got was a few cracks near the back. Your new bendable phones have nothing on the last gen master race.
bruh [img_thumb]https://i.imgur.com/HE5612B.jpg[/img_thumb]
Wow this article is late as fuck, the video and whole trend was so two weeks ago.
They should stop bending perfectly good miracles of science and give me one. I'll take one. I don't care if it bends. I'll reinforce it and put it in a case and cradle it lovingly. Because it's a nearly fully featured computer that fits in your fucking pocket. And yet all these negligent assholes keep sitting on them and breaking them like they're something disposable when I've sat here browsing eBay on my dying laptop looking at a technology graveyard of thousands of phones and tablets and as a technophile it makes me silently scream inside my own skull. I have a Nokia flip phone where the most I can do is use it to text people or maybe as a basic calculator. Do you realize how jealous I am? That said, it's metal. What did people expect? I can bend steel sheet metal with very little applied force. Aluminum stands no chance.
OP, you missed a prime opportunity to call it Bendghazi. -ghazi is a much better suffix for not-scandals than gate is
Bender is not ammused..., Either way it looked like he had to put a ton of pressure on that as opposed to the 6+ which he just casually bent into a nice angle
You know what else bends? So fuck off.
Bridges do the same thing. They are designed to flex. If wings didn't flex, they'd greatly increase the effects of turbulence and they would be prone to snapping off entirely. They're designed just right so they flex enough to offset this, but not enough to mess with their aerodynamics. Phones can flex, but the problem is they also stay bent. That's the difference here.
because its a fairly cheap phone when you account for contracts and plans which are basically mandatory for most carriers in the us sorry for having my phone in my pocket and sitting or damned if a woman (woman's pockets are fucking tiny and can only really put phones in purses/back pockets) wants to sit down with a phone in her pocket
Women deserve pants with actual pockets. Fuck that shit.
Will people stop putting x gate after every inconsistency they find in something holy shit it's gone too far.
#gategate
how good is the web browser on the new one? That's honestly all that I would need to be really good for me to one day change
I have a Q5 and it's pretty good. I've never had it slow down or crash much, and when I'm going on a Wikipedia binge it can easily handle a dozen or so tabs. Plus there's the physical keyboard, which is nice and seems to make the phone stronger. I've dropped the thing goodness knows how many times and the only things it's developed are three small scratches on the screen, which are less of a distraction than the dead pixels on my laptop, and a dent in the bottom of the phone.
I can only imagine how many hurr durr Nokia brick fetishists are enjoying the news that comfortably sized phones bend when you try hard as fuck to bend them
you have no idea how hard I am right now
