That's what I said, and everyone DOES get cancer. Your body carries immune cells for common types of cancer, and so your immune system takes care of it most of the time. It's when you get a cancer you aren't immune to that you notice it and need outside treatment.

You regularly have cells that can become cancerous, so in a way you can say you always have cancer, but it's not strictly true.
