How hard is it to arrest this kid? I mean I'm not one for the whole drug war but shouldn't doing illegal things get you into trouble? Nearly every month I hear about him smoking weed or doing coke or something of that nature in states that dont allow the possession or consumption of said substances, so what's the hold up?

A risk vs reward, really. Justin Bieber is known to not listen to anyone's advice, and not only would that place the security team in harms way, that would also open them to liability if something was to happen to him. It just isn't worth it.

Plus, the biggest reason no smoking lights existed (back when smoking was allowed) was because once the oxygen system is activated, you've turned the plane into an explosive, so any spark or flame could blow it up. Not to mention if something caught fire, well, you're boned.
