Or maybe its just not as funny as you think? I get the humor, I really do, but I don't find it as funny as you necessarily think it is.

"You're not as funny as you think" sums it up perfectly. UK comedy is still funny, I personally adore spaced, Simon pegg + nick frost are best bros, but it irks me when people look down at others for not liking it because they assume they don't have the intellect to catch the jokes... that's just horseshit. And makes you look as much as a pompous Brit as much as you would think I'm a fat/stupid american.

also I've never seen German humor, maybe that's for a reason. Thread has left me intrigued to find German "Comedy".
