Expecting Bandage Boys
Are they really trying to compair South Korea to Libya and North Korea.
Can someone link another source for accuracy and legitimacy?
What's wrong with the current one? Even this one sources another, Chosun Ilbo.
Are they really trying to compair South Korea to Libya and North Korea.
The worst I could find are some protests about money no worse than what America has and a few about Arabs living in South Korea showing solidarity with Libya and Egypt. I don't think they have any kind of actual protests at all.
I find this pretty amazing how this all sprang out of one guy immolating himself in Tunisia. Strangely enough, part of his immolation was because of his humiliation over it being a woman who confiscated his goods and not a man.
Where is SK even mentioned in the article?

With everyone expecting Saudi Arabia to fall next, or even South Korea, following days of consistently unreported bank runs, it is North Korea which takes tonight's gray swan award.

Where is SK even mentioned in the article?
second sentence
Took them fucking long enough.
Maybe I'm the only one finding it funny that everyone is using a phrase taken from one of the most well known communist revolutionaries in support of the take down of a communist regime. I'd just like to state the irony in that.
A communist regime ? it's not a communist regime just because they say so.
freedom, freedom everywhere
Expecting Bandage Boys
Doubt it, you probably don't even know what they are and you just say that because everyone else says it. It's badage boys.
There will probably be more. This is history in the making, people!
source seems kinda edgy, any other sources?
Great. Time to go grab me a Kalashnikov and a satellite phone. At the rate the revolution is spreading, we'll be overthrowing the current US regime within months.
I hope it won't turn out like Libya.

Oh I see, don't know how I missed that. Then that is indeed bad comparison, why would South Korea fall in the same way as Libya or Egypt?
I hope it won't turn out like Libya.
No, Libya had survivors.
Great. Time to go grab me a Kalashnikov and a satellite phone. Seeing the rest of the world doing it is an empowering thing.
[img_thumb]http://i.imgur.com/JvwnG.gif[/img_thumb]
I love Glen Beck
Great. Time to go grab me a Kalashnikov and a satellite phone. At the rate the revolution is spreading, we'll be overthrowing the current US regime within months.
Haha, good luck breh
Great. Time to go grab me a Kalashnikov and a satellite phone. At the rate the revolution is spreading, we'll be overthrowing the current US regime within months.
What the US is doing comes nowhere close to what Libya and Egypt did. The US government isn't evil, it's just stupid, it would take much more to make people revolt.
None of them have been revolts just for the sake of revolution, they're all legitimate power struggles. Seeing the rest of the world doing it is an empowering thing.
Oh yeah, because there's totally nothing wrong with the US. Like, say, corporations having more rights than citizens, the media censoring anything that disagrees with them, the Patriot Act using the Bill of Rights for toilet paper, a two-party system that essentially removes all choice from voting, a Congress that listens to corporate lobbyists more than it listens to the people or even common fucking sense, and a judiciary that's still living in 1911.
I love Glen Beck
but that's neither glen beck, nor fox news [editline]24th February 2011[/editline]
North Korea isn't communist.
they don't even claim to be they are the "Democratic People's Republic of Korea"
Honestly I'm surprised they even found out about the other revolutions, you'd think their firewall would be on high alert for things like that.

You're right. Go grab your AK47 and storm the Whitehouse, I'll catch up with you later, I just have to uh... get backup.
The Koreans are probably using starcraft tactics. Hope they spam zerglings and rush early.
You know what? You're right. Go grab your AK47 and storm the Whitehouse, I'll catch up with you later, I just have to uh... get backup.
Why storm the White House? That's not where the root of the problem is. The root of the problem isn't even a person, or even people. It's the whole system. There literally isn't a wall big enough to line everyone up against. Assassination can't solve the problem. Even a revolution would only solve the problems incidentally. All that's needed is a major shake-up of the system, something that could be accomplished by protests alone.
Awwww man shit's going down
