I bet the next protest will be another Asian country, then it will move to two European countries, then US, then two South American countries.
Europe, Oceania and North America generally won't be affected by this.
This can't possibly end well.

If NK falls, it might cause some people to protest. I didn't say that they would be large protests.
But I see your point.
Long, hopefully.
You know you love it, we are all dissident intellectuals and subversives here.
Totally man, brofist!
In all honesty though I don't think these are going to get anywhere near as big as the Arab protests. North Korea's government won't hesitate to fire on protesters, they don't have systems like Facebook to communicate with, they have little contact with the outside world, and the country has already been sanctioned out the ass so there's nothing more Western governments can do.
lol speaking of the world cup
When NK lost their entire team was brought in front of the public in Pyongyang, forced onstage, and subjected to a six-hour barrage of criticism.
It is also rumored that some were sent to work in coal mines or work camps.
The coach of the team stated that they played well (they didn't) because The Dear Leader was giving him advice through a special mobile phone that is not visible to the human eye.
The invisible phone was developed and invented by the Dear Leader himself (obviously).
The only way I could see this growing is if sections of the military defect.
(Rigged, ninjas like you could help, go to North Korea immediately)
I thought NK was cut off from the world how did they hear that other revolutions were going on?
South Korea dropped leaflets and shit to NK territory.

I can never please you people..
Everybody's a critic.
Well I don't know an exact number of people that are aware of the truth behind all of the bullshit they are fed in North Korea. There are thing like what Ringo stated above, people also frequently defect and cross the border into China. That is a mixed bag however because China will extradite people back to NK which is a death sentence.
I know there are smugglers out there who are dedicated to sneaking in news reports and soap operas from South Korea.
Being in possession of stuff like that is a death sentence as well so..... :welp:
also you are not allowed to have cellphones
I'm ok with this
Hopefully they have protesters in the KPA like they had protesting military officers in Libya.
So it begins.
If this is true, I am happy that North Koreans will finally stand up against oppression, but I am also a little sad, because I want to visit NK while it's still under a dictatorship to see the contrast between North and South, and to get a basic idea about how life where back in the USSR days. I am also scared that this could turn into a bloodbath.

NK is nothing like the USSR.
After Stalin, leaders were at least elected by members of the Communist Party. And even at that the party as a whole did most of the work. They also had industry that didn't rely on work camps (But they did have them). USSR was nearly there on Marx's ideas. Then the west fucked them.
North Korea needs this.
People will die in all of these outbreaks, yes, but they are needed.
If a human can't handle power responsibly it needs to be taken from him immediately and without question, and god dammit if it takes a whole civilian population to do it then so be it. Good for them, and good for the rest of the world.
History is being made, and we get to see it being made.
This isn't going to turn out well. I can just imagine the massacre that's going to take place.
