Legalize pot and illegal immigration. that'll stop it.
Hardly trolling.
You're placing value on human life.
No problem?
Do you really think the people who were around there think that it was "no problem"
besides, a human life is still a human life.

No. A productive human life, is a human life. A Human life that is fueled by crime that involves taking other human lives, is worthless.
Yet. And some of those men have families you know?
They should've thought about it before they joined the gang, you know?
get out, you're a sad excuse for a human being.
You got empathy put in the wrong places.

Not if they are capable of taking another human life for next to nothing.

Yeah, that'll do. Then you got untold millions in the country not paying taxes. Right.
I don't condone drug running, but a lot of these people end up in this business because its the most lucrative. There are some who go in because they're psychotic or they think its cool but then there are others who join because the only way to support they're families is through this. This, although even more illegal than hopping the border, also makes much more cash then getting a legitimate job in the US. So for a lot of the impoverished in Mexico its either join a gang or hop the border, neither of which get much sympathy from neighboring countries. It doesn't help that the education system there is messed up and its a tradition to have larger families.

There's no way to tell what the motivations were of the people who died because they're dead. Although its easier to just label them all as "they deserved it," and they did know the risks of the drug/smuggling trade, we shouldn't do that. Family bonds may have weighed stronger than the risks for many of these people, we just don't know. All we know is that they ended up on the wrong side of a gun.
I'm also not saying that we should totally grieve their deaths, because they are sending illegal substances into the US for profit. People are hurt by the drugs.
Gang members killing other gang members
nothing of value was lost?

yeah hurr a human life was, but if you're in such business, you deserve it

Who the Hell put you in charge of defining which lives are useful and which lives are worthless?

No, you're turning this into a cut and dry issue, but this is more complicated than that.

:sigh:
What he's suggesting does the exact opposite.
What you're saying is a product of our current immigration policy.

Yeah, they're responsible for their deaths, but no one deserves this.
No one deserves being born into wrong circumstances and then having to chose between thug life and no life.
