You're not weaseling yourself out of this one bucko.
What is there to weasel? Facepunch generally blindly dislikes Apple, and if one thinks that it's not true, or that facepunch is objective he's just wrong - there isn't much more to say.
Sue them. They clearly don't have the decency to check if returns are legitimate.
Notepads thread V. 5: We have infinite pressure levels, does the iPad?
Sue them. They clearly don't have the decency to check if returns are legitimate.
How can they prove it?
Typical american comeback: Sue them. Your elitist belief that you deserve to get a large amount of money for every little wrong done to you is retarded, and only serves as a reminder to everyone else that America is a country primarily full of idiots.
You're not weaseling yourself out of this one bucko.
Never stop talking like that. Ever. I fucking love it.
Sue them. They clearly don't have the decency to check if returns are legitimate.
What reason do you have to suspect foul play if you get it returned while it's sealed?
What reason do you have to suspect foul play if you get it returned while it's sealed?
The Wal-Mart down the street from me checks returns even if they are sealed, re-sealing them isn't difficult at all. It's not like people can just casually make fraud returns in order to profit off of it. Also I just re-read the article and realized they sent them one as an apology. If the previous costumer for the iPad used a credit card you could track them down, but they probably didn't or else this article would've ended differently.
This is why I open the boxes right after I purchase any sealed electronic items outside the store. To make sure no bozo go replace the actually stuff with some dumb goods. I wonder why no one bother to put it in an x-ray scanner to scan the box before it is put on sale.
Notepads thread V. 5: We have infinite pressure levels, does the iPad?
Well actually no, not infinite; your notepad's precision is still limited to the Planck pressure
