I give it ~12h after he's sent to a prison before he dies :toxx:.
Do it
its ok because once he's in prison he's going to be raped 8 times a day why is this dumb it's true
I hope so. Honestly, I know most of you disagree, and I know human life is precious, but what this man did is disgusting and he seems to be fully aware of it. He shows no sympathy and seems to only want to cause more pain for those he has hurt. Seriously, fuck this guy, I hope he is stabbed and raped, as he is not fit to breathe the air in his cell. Remorseless killers like him are truly the scum of the earth.
Rape: justified when the victim is a bad person!
When the person killed 3 people, the horrified and disrespected the families in court, showing full understanding of what they did and no remorse? This is about as "bad a person" as it gets, so yes.

It's not disturbing sociopathy at all to want to see people suffer
Everyone is a beautiful person deep inside according to facepunch.
Man, if word gets out, not even his inmates will want to go near that fuckface. Rape is out of the question, because this asshole is such a prick that his inmates know that he's not even worth raping. But in reality, some inmates do have acts of decency. Like the group that saved their warden from another inmate.
Awesome. We should just throw them to a group of violent rapists and tell them to go nuts! That's true justice. It's not disturbing sociopathy at all to want to see people suffer
I don't want to see people in general suffer, just that guy who kinda killed three teenagers for no reason, then proceded go mock their families at his trial while proclaiming himself a killer. I think you misinterpret my posts :v: I think rape and murder are horrible, but for this man, who took 3 innocent lives and shows no remorse (hell, he seems almost proud), I would be lying if I said I wouldn't like to see him suffer. I know, it's brutal, and I'd like to think that's why I'll never be the one left in charge of looking after people like him.
SonofBrim;39976823']I know, it's brutal, and I'd like to think that's why I'll never be the one left in charge of looking after people like him.
well that's a semi-responsible outlook I guess
well that's a semi-responsible outlook I guess
If I ever run for office I'll let you know it's me so you can vote no :v:
I honestly hope that they find a way to help this kid. His state of mind and his actions are awful. The crime he committed is deplorable and unforgivable, but I hope that he gets help. Brutality in prison wont solve anything, more violence and bloodshed will bring no peace. I have little faith that he will get the help he should, and I have even less that it will do anything, but we owe it to ourselves as people to do it. I hope that one day he sees what he has done the way we do. I hope that it stays with him, but I do not feel comfortable condemning him to pain or death. There are enough corpses already, no more should be made by our hand.
And soon enough, when he enter prison, he's going to regret all of these. And what's with the facepunchers wishing death upon him? Makes no sense when you people are against the death penalty yet you want someone dead.
So what this guy's problem? Was he bullied and then finally lost it or did he just do it for the laughs? I mean If he was bullied to the point of breaking and had no friends and struggled then I could see a motive for fucking revenge reason and you could blame society and the ones responsible for bullying for building up an monster but yet it doesn't justify killing. If he did it for the laughs then he is a sick fuck. Ether way nothing justifies killing
I can't help but think of the parents of this kid and the way they must feel knowing that their son did these terrible things. It must be an unimaginable terrible burden, the kid they raised for 18 years is going to rot in prison for the rest of his life and will never again get to make his parents proud or achieve the things they wanted for him. Maybe this doesn't apply to him and others like him who might have come from a very broken home (although they can come from a perfectly pleasant home and still commit atrocities like this, obviously.) that pushed them to act on their sociopathic fantasies. I've always thought it quite tragic for the parents.
Many mental disorders can't be linked with anything observable in the brain, so it's not that simple. But without dwelling to deep into philosophy... noone commits cruel acts in their perspective. If they truly thought is was cruel, and wrong, they wouldn't do it. So they lack empathy for other people, can we truly blame them for this? The answer in any civilized country with custodial sentences focusing on rehabilitation instead of punishment the answer would be whatever works. What is more likely to condition the offender into being a functional citizen, a prison or an asylum?
I think there are certain people who do know it's cruel. There are various personality disorders that cause the victim to suffer from a lack of empathy, certainly, but there are other disorders that simply make the sensation of performing cruel acts joyful simply because of the cruelty behind them.

I don't wish any harm on this guy, but I wouldn't stick my neck out for him. He deserves to go to jail for what he's done, whether or not he shows sympathy for his actions. If anything, I think more crazies should follow in his footsteps so we can tag and bag them quicker.

Anyways, I think we all like to believe in redemption. All of our media, from the Holy Bible to the Walking Dead video game uphold this idea of redemption but the truth is is that some action's shouldn't be forgiven and can't be made up for. Some people do bad things because they're simply bad people.
He's not going to last a week in prison
If anything, I think more crazies should follow in his footsteps so we can tag and bag them quicker.
At the cost of innocent lives, I rather the crazies follow in the footsteps of that guy who ran naked proclaiming himself Jesus before he was sent to a madhouse then this guy

Some people do bad things because they're simply bad people.
I realize the improbability of redemption, I simply think that it a better course of action than violence. We needn't forgive him for his crimes, but we can make an example of him by way of mercy, rather than excess penalty. There is no guarantee, nor any probable outcome where this kid will end up being a person who realizes what he has done, or even has an inkling of it. He has his life in prison laid out for him, I see no reason for torture or torment that will not change anything. We can make examples of people by way of mercy, and they can be just as striking as the examples we make by way of punishment. If he remains despicable scum, so be it, we can be comfortable knowing that we did not sour the principle of 'justice' with any more needless violence. In a way, how we act towards (and indeed, how we decide to punish) these people is how we define ourselves. If we know restraint and mercy, it will be reflected in our society. If we do not, that too will show.
I'm incredibly confused as to why this has so many winners, is this trying to glorify the kind of behaviour used by the killer?
I... honestly don't know. I described a video. Was not the reaction i was expecting. [editline]20th March 2013[/editline] And do you honestly think that anything positive will come from a guy like that in mental help?
Not really surprising, he's got nothing left. Thank-you media coverage for spreading his message.
meh...I am guessing that he just want to boost his ego by doing that. He just needed the reaction and attention from the audience and now he got it. Although his delivery was pretty weak.
What?! A life sentence doesn't literally mean until he dies. The length is different depending on location.
I agree with you on the different location part but I got to disagree with you on the general meaning of the term life sentence. It does mean imprisonment till death or until parole or am i wrong?
What the hell. You guys need to take Law Class or somehting
Do you take law classes?
I always wonder why killers like these don't just end their life after they are done, it's better than spending the rest of your horrible life in prison right?
I am guessing that his act was done to make his name and the incident "sensational" or something so if he had chosen suicide he won't be able see it being happen and live it.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Life_imprisonment look at graph below to educate yourself please
which country? besides
Life imprisonment (also known as a life sentence, lifelong incarceration or life incarceration) is any sentence of imprisonment for a serious crime under which the convicted person is to remain in jail for the rest of his or her life or until paroled.

He deserves to be gutted alive in prison.

Kinda hoping someone sticks a shank in between his ribs in prison, honestly.
How does this make you better this him? He killed some one and you want him to be murdered.
If I were his defense attorney, I'd team up with the prosecution.
Then he could argue that he didn't get a fair trial, and afaik he can appeal on that basis. Besides, whether you hate the guy or not, everyone should be treated the same by the justice system.

Besides, whether you hate the guy or not, everyone should be treated the same by the justice system.
not to mention that not all defense attorneys are immoral crooks looking for the smallest loopholes to win like they're portrayed in Law & order their job is to make sure his client's constitutional rights weren't violated and make sure he gets a fair trial
tbh you underestimate how fucking dickish people can be. just because someone is cruel and not remorseful doesn't mean they belong in an asylum. people very often point to mental illness once something like this happens and it not only demonizes the mentally ill (depicting them as the only group of people capable of severely cruel violence), but it also moves the attention away from improving protections that will actually help in the end very normal people are capable of being extremely cruel
if you can kill three people randomly without remorse and then gloat about it you are not "normal" in any sense of the word. at the very least the guy's a sociopath and should be studied psychologically.
What did you expect from a kiddy killer?? 'I'm sorry I won't do it again pls don't throw me in prison!!' Get real people there are psychos in this world and sadly some know how to hide their true identity better than this fuck and get away with it.
what a fucking cunt
