Everyone is a beautiful person deep inside according to facepunch.
Yes actually. Have you ever heard of Humanistic theory?
wow, what an asshole. But he is in prison now having a shit life, im sitting in a comfy chair playing video games and that's hilarious to think about.
And soon enough, when he enter prison, he's going to regret all of these. And what's with the facepunchers wishing death upon him? Makes no sense when you people are against the death penalty yet you want someone dead.
Welcome to facepunch, home of the original bandwagon! Also, this kids anus is going to look like a sarlacc pit by the time he's 20.
I give it ~12h after he's sent to a prison before he dies.
you are dumb he will probably be put in maximum security where he hardly gets to interact with any other prisoner
seriously though what is up with all the rape fantasies up in this? watch, next time someone gets sent to prison for pirating DVD's or smoking weed you're all gonna be crying that they shouldn't be in there with the rapists, and when someone who didn't deserve it gets sexually assaulted in prison, you're going to wonder why rapists are allowed to persist in your so-called "justice" system.
At first I was going to say something along the lines of him deserving to be lobotomized by a huge black cock, but then I realized he's probably got some serious mental issues.
How does this make you better this him? He killed some one and you want him to be murdered.
I think there's a pretty big difference between killing 4 people for absolutely no reason at all compared to killing the murderer out of revenge. This guy has clearly shown he can't fit in society without being a danger and I can't blame him for people wanting to not take any chances of him getting out
Awesome. We should just throw them to a group of violent rapists and tell them to go nuts! That's true justice. It's not disturbing sociopathy at all to want to see people suffer
"dohh why is our justice system so bad when we're raping everyone we can?!!???? :,("
murderer is scum in other news, grass is green, sky is blue
Yes actually. Have you ever heard of Humanistic theory?
This kid just seems like a bastard coated bastard with bastard filling.
I think this thread has proven that the cruelty in humanity is not only shown through our criminals but the sick venegance people wish upon them so confidently.
Even if this guy was rehabilitated he would have to live with the fact that he murdered 3 people and harmed several others. So really he just dug himself a deep ass hole. It's best to just euthanize this kid or let him rot.
North Korean gulag is right place for it.
I agree with you on the different location part but I got to disagree with you on the general meaning of the term life sentence. It does mean imprisonment till death or until parole or am i wrong? Do you take law classes?
Yeah, if you get sentenced to a good chunk of your natural life (let's say 25-50 years) it's called a life sentence and yes I did take law classes
Yeah, if you get sentenced to a good chunk of your natural life (let's say 25-50 years) it's called a life sentence and yes I did take law classes
He was given life imprisonment without parole, that's a determinate life sentence, not an indeterminate one like 25 to life where you can request parole after 25 years. That means he's just not getting out unless his sentence, or rather all three of them are appealed, or he is given a presidential pardon. As a sidenote, he American law system doesn't really establish prisons as anything other than penitentiaries. Calling them correctional facilities is wishful thinking. The only other place this guy may ever go is to a Supermax prison, and seriously, if he keeps that attitude in the slammer I can see that happening.
My view is this guy is that rare Charles Manson type, a criminal who will do or say anything to be the center of attention. Even most killers stay quiet, or at the very least don't lash out at victims' families. This guy went out of his way to really make people hate him. The thing is, he IS the center of attention when in mainstream society. That's why people call him a monster, he's an anomaly and an exception to what we usually see. In prison though, he's nothing out of the ordinary. In fact, in prison he'll be the least notable and least impressive of all the 'monsters', he's really a baby compared to them. For this reason I don't think he'll last. I think he's likely to kill himself, not out of remorse, but out of frustration at being a nothing again.
I think he will kill again while in prison...
how did he avoid the lethal injection? [editline]21st March 2013[/editline] hope he gets the lethal shank injection while in prison, seems like if hes this arrogant where he's going he wont last
I think he will kill again while in prison...
uh the size of him + lack of firearm makes me doubt that [editline]21st March 2013[/editline]
how did he avoid the lethal injection?
he was a minor when he committed the shooting
I think he will kill again while in prison...
Most likely he'll be killed there, actually, if not placed in Supermax. I do believe he's going straight to a maximum security facility, nobody will risk having him with other felons.
Yeah, if you get sentenced to a good chunk of your natural life (let's say 25-50 years) it's called a life sentence and yes I did take law classes
Do you understand what is parole?
I love how everyone is rating everyone dumb in this thread. Let me know when your sons are killed and some sick fucking cunt says that to your face in court. Fuck you people.
What's he going to do, increase his number of life sentences?
Last I heard he has 3
I love how everyone is rating everyone dumb in this thread. Let me know when your sons are killed and some sick fucking cunt says that to your face in court. Fuck you people.
There's a reason we have a justice system rather than just handing criminals over to their victims.
I am among the ones who argue that prison should not be a jungle where you break people until they are no more than rabid animals, but this kind of person makes me heavily reconsider my opinions.
I love how everyone is rating everyone dumb in this thread. Let me know when your sons are killed and some sick fucking cunt says that to your face in court. Fuck you people.
the last time you pulled the "let me know how you feel when it happens to you" card, you were trying to justify pulling a guy's eyelids off with pliers
How the hell did he get away with wearing the shirt in court? I mean I understand he was wearing it under his other shirt or whatever but you would think they would check ALL attire to make sure it is appropriate especially in a national case like this where he is being presented infront of parents, etc? I mean damn. It is a white t-shirt and they have access to ink. In other news, there is probably a slim chance this crazy will feel any remorse for his actions any time soon, but I guarantee reality is going to SLAM him in the face soon. He has this attitude about him now but physical pain is one thing that can and will break an individual like this, for his own selfish reasons. I think that's why a lot of people want him to get beat up/tortured/sexually assaulted, etc. in prison. They just want him to feel the negativity and harm that he has brought upon dozens of others. I guarantee you one thing, this kid is going to live THE hardest life that any white middle class punk could ever have. Even if it doesn't last very long.
He's going to be ruined in prison.
What?! A life sentence doesn't literally mean until he dies. The length is different depending on location. What the hell. You guys need to take Law Class or somehting
You've got it wrong. I can't speak for the States, but in Canada a life sentence means anything from twenty-five years all the way to the rest of a person's life. Twenty-five years is the minimum period after which the individual is eligible for a parole. In this kid's case, he isn't.

So I bet they did search him and looked at his clothes, but it was before he made his modification. If he was really clever, he always made sure to have a small smear of poop somewhere on his body, so he always smelled vaguely crappy. That way when he did his writing they wouldn't be suspicious of the smell.
